A commission advance is when part of the commission due to a real estate agent or broker is paid prior to the closing of the real estate sale.
MR Commission Advance provides responsible, short term commission advances to help Realtors leverage their earned commissions to manage and grow their business as needed.
The maximum amount we will advance to an agent or a team is $15,000. You can advance up to 80% of your pending commissions
We will deposit your advance directly into your bank account or you can pick it up at our headquarters.
Minimum advance fee is $250.
Ideally, we would want all contingencies to be removed.
Typically, we provide approvals within 8 hours or less. Once approved, you will receive your advance within 24 hours, provided we receive the signed advance contract by 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday. In that case, your funds will be available the next morning, depending on your banking institution. If you request a commission advance on Friday, you can expect to receive it the following Monday.
Commissions from the sale of single-family and multifamily residential properties only with some exceptions.
You must notify MR Commission advance immediately.
A commission advance should only be taken responsibly, when you have other means to repay the advance in the unlikely event the sale was to cancel. This can be done simply by paying it off in full or in part, or by sending us a replacement contract to cover the canceled sale. If you choose to replace a canceled sale, you will be charged a new fee based on your original contract's advance fee.

We will beat any commission advance rate that is presented by a legitimate company.
If you have a property that is expected to close in 60 days, the fee for advancing that commission is likely to be higher. The extended time frame introduces more variables and, consequently, more risk. Market conditions could change; financing for the buyer could fall through, or any number of issues could delay the closing. Because of these uncertainties, the fee is adjusted to account for the increased risk and time value of money.
Your transaction will be kept confidential between your broker and escrow agent. The buyer and seller will not see the transaction, and we never sell our customers’ information.
Minimum is $2,000.
